911: Recording of call during gator attack

Lakeland, Florida — Police say a 45-year-old man was naked and high on crack cocaine when he was rescued by four deputies from the jaws of a nearly 12-foot alligator.

Adrian Apgar is in critical condition with an apparent broken right arm, leg injuries and his left arm hanging by a tendon.

One of the deputies says he pulled Apgar’s arms while the gator gripped his lower half. The reptile loosened his jaws. When he thought the victim was free, the animal lunged again.

The men say they were scared, but didn’t have time to think. It was not clear why Apgar was in the lake, but the four men say it took almost 20 minutes to pull Apgar to shore.

They carried Apgar about 40 feet to an ambulance ashore. None of the four was injured in the gator-infested waters.

Officials have released a 911 phone call made by a man who heard screaming coming from the water.

I know I have been horrible about posting playlists recently. Work has been uber busy, life getting in the way, stress is at a pretty high level right now – Bla bla bla yea I know.

I will try to be better in the next few weeks, I actually still have most of the playlists from both Hard Mondays and Thursdays from Ground Zero I just havn’t typed them up. (A few went through a wash the other day though.)

I have the early shift tonight BTW, so I start at 10.

Muppety Goodness

I missed this awesome looking show on Monday, damn it. But the good news is it looks like the Henson group is going to have a new late night, adult orientated show! How cool is that! The Muppets humor was always for both adults and kids, now it’s going to be just for adults. Fucking sweet!
